David Mosberg
David Mosberg is a 25-year business administration and management veteran who specializes in helping companies grow profits while keeping customer/client experience at the forefront of the relationship.
Over the past 20 years, he has focused on business acquisitions and turn-arounds while creating long term systems and environments for growth.
Working with small to medium sized businesses and getting them to sustainable and increasing financial opportunities is what David has turned his focus on over the past 5 years with great success.

David volunteers by teaching Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace university and a youth class for teenagers on managing money for the future.
David and his Bride Marla have three Children and live in Montgomery, TX.
He is a former professional chef who also loves to read and spend time watching his daughters dance competitively now that his son has retired from his ice hockey career.

Jenn Fedde
Jenn Fedde is a twenty-plus year veteran of the accounting and bookkeeping world. She leads our finance team with a great passion for accuracy and timeliness and a focus on helping businesses succeed by having strong financial reporting to assist with business decisions. Jenn is an avid learner and is always seeking opportunities for advancement in her craft as well as all areas of her life. She enjoys dining, traveling, and a new passion for tennis. She is Bad-Ass!

Dusty Marshall
Dusty Marshall contributes to both Executive Assistant and day-to-day business operations. She is an experienced entrepreneur and understands what it is like to stand in our clients’ shoes giving her a great sensitivity toward our clients’ journey. Outside the office, she is committed to her pursuit of ballet education and training while enjoying her passion for the arts.

Carlie Clarke
Carlie comes to us with eighteen years of Bookkeeping experience, which was gained in the offices of public accountants and having owned her own business. When she’s not busy serving our clients, she enjoys spending time with her two adult children, daughter-in-love, grandson, her two Yorkshire Terriers, and boating on Lake Conroe.
BOOKKEEPER
Jodi Gilmore
Jodi is a dedicated Bookkeeper with over fifteen years of bookkeeping and payroll experience. Previously, she managed finances for small businesses and owned a small business giving her the understanding of the importance of accurate bookkeeping. When she is not working, she is playing golf, traveling, and enjoying time with her granddaughter.
